Zachery Smith

I married my high school sweetheart, Michelle, in June of 2023, and together we share our home with two dogs, Gordie and Sammy. We’ve both lived in the Saginaw area our entire lives and have no plans to leave—we’re proud to call this community home. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with Michelle, our dogs, family, and friends, cheering on Detroit sports teams, and traveling whenever possible.



I knew I wanted to become a financial advisor at just seventeen, after seeing firsthand how deeply an advisor can impact a family’s life. That experience sparked a passion that has guided my career. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Northwood University in 2020, I began working at a firm in Mount Pleasant to gain valuable experience. In May 2022, I partnered with my father-in-law, David, at Premier Financial. Since then, we have helped many clients work toward their financial goals—and now that David has retired, I am proud to carry that mission forward.

I view this profession as my calling. Every client meeting is an opportunity to provide value, offer clarity, and help people feel more confident about their financial future. My goal is for each person I work with to leave feeling informed, empowered, and supported by someone who genuinely cares.
