About Founder

David Becker

I'm a proud Saginaw native who spent nearly four decades helping clients work toward their financial goals. My journey in finance began in 1986 after graduating from Northwood University, inspired by my father's 30+ years in the industry.

I started my career with Equitable and quickly discovered my passion for guiding people through important financial decisions. In 1999, I co-founded Premier Financial with a local CPA to give clients more tools, options, and strategies to secure their futures.

Outside of work, I've always enjoyed spending time with my wife, Jody, and our four children. I also have a passion for old-school cars, exploring new places, trying new foods, and flying planes.

In 2025, I officially retired and passed the reins to my son-in-law, Zachery. Today, I'm enjoying this new chapter while watching Premier Financial continue to grow and serve clients with excellence. I'm confident our clients are in great hands with Zachery and the team.
